Adobe flash play is not updating

It is commonly used as a web browser plug-in to view content that was created on the Adobe Flash platform. Flash Player was required to view You Tube content until Google recently made the move to default instead to HTML5 in January, 2015.

For the past five years, the option to view You Tube content using HTML5 existed, but the default was Flash Player.

How do I verify that I have the latest version of Flash Player?

After you click the Install now button, the installation process will initialize.

The installation package will download to your computer. Please note that the name/version number of the Flash Player installer pictured above may vary depending on which version you are installing.

I hate flash, it's a waste of resources and I'm already annoyed by Opera forcing me to move to Flash 14 which consumes even more resources and not even Flash 14 is not accepted. You can disable opera://flags/#warn-flash-update-needed However you should note that as Chromium is dropping support for npapi flash (in fact they are dropping support for all npapi plugins), there is a chance that Opera goes the same way so old flash may start to not work in a future update.

Watch the Video: How to update Flash Player Flash Player, also known as Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave Flash, is a free software developed by Adobe Systems.I had the same problem with the new version of opera 26 and opera turbo!!! I uninstalled opera 26 and turbo and when back to a previous version that still works !!!!!!!!!!Every page I opened would say that adobe flash player was out of date !!! [Mod Edit: Please do not use all caps (which have since been removed), as it gives the appearance of shouting, which can be considered rude.If you really want to use a (old) developer one, just install an previous version and disable autoupdate. You may know that Adobe has implemented an auto-updater to its Flash Player that is running as a service, Adobe Flash Player Update Service, and a scheduled task in Windows' Task Scheduler.
